Board Administrators

Snookims the Dino is now a "board administrator". This is basically a user with the powers of an administrator, on the boards only.

This means that Snookims can do everything an administrator can when it comes to posting topics, etc. Snookims can give infractions and make comments. He can select the new star user if he wants, and add moderators and trainee moderators (though the person will not have power until I certify, if they are a trainee).

However, he cannot view the admin panel.


I will change this if he does not accept or something else, but for now it is as it is.
